Terms/conditions

a)  Delivery of our products is free of charges within the limits of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

b)  IDEAL SOLUTIONS shall issue invoices only at the time of shipment of Goods or completion of Services, while the purchaser will pay all payable amounts within fifteen (15) calendar days.

c)  All payments will be made through cross cheques on the company name “IDEAL SOLUTIONS”.

d)  The purchaser shall inspect the Goods immediately on delivery and no claim for shortages or errors in delivery will be considered after signing shipment form.

e)  Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note.

f)   If the delivery note is signed without the comment ‘Damaged on arrival’ then IDEAL SOLUTIONS cannot be held responsible for any possible damage.

g)  IDEAL SOLUTIONS is not the manufacturer of any of the products, so any applicable warranty with respect to the Goods will come from the manufacturer.

h)  We warranty that the Goods will be free from defects in materials and specs at delivery, and thereafter the manufacturer’s warranty conditions will apply to the extent that they are transferable to the purchaser.

i)  Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by IDEAL SOLUTIONS shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Company.
